Preservation Williamsport is hosting their annual fundraising event ‘Boo from the Porch’ on West Fourth Street (Millionaire’s Row) Friday, October 21st from 5 – 7 p.m. This year’s event will be at the historic Park Place at 800 W. Fourth Street.
